The loan application fee is non-refundable once the application process has been initiated. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with processing your application.

Cancellation of Loan Application

If you wish to cancel your loan application:

• The cancellation must be requested in writing
• Processing fees and documentation charges are non-refundable
• Cancellation requests will be processed within 7-10 working days

Membership Fee Refund

Membership fees are generally non-refundable. However, in special circumstances, the society's board may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
